Hotel / motel units are Talishouse™ 400 unmits stacked two high and made accssible by stairs and gallery or continuous balcony. Not available as mobile option. Appearance to suite.

Seen: a Talistown™ project, 20 units under 10 roofs. Units are Talishouse™ 400 modules, arranged back to back, one roof over two units, respectively. At 12 months short-term rental season, $200 per night rental rate and 70% occupancy this project would make $1M annually, gross.
